accurate and complete material quantity take off of electrical drawings including but not limited to Power, Lighting , Fire Alarm and ELV system.
Responsibility and Authority

Responsibility
Review and check list of drawings ( in Cad files) are available before starting the quantity take off.
Any missing drawings shall immediately subject to prepare list of clarifications to be submitted to Tender/Estimation Manager.
Coordinate material take off to Estimator/ Electrical.
Prepare quantity take off sheet.
Authority
Direct reporting to Tender & Estimation Manager and or Operation Manager
Required Competencies
Ability to prepare quantity take off in excel sheet in orderly manner complete with item description, quantities, per area , per floor.
Knowledgeable of advance quantity take off software and with fast and accurate output.
Ability to adhere on or before submission date.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications
Electrical Engineering Degree or Quantity Surveyor Course
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with MEP
