Employee Engagement:
You’ll be the force behind a positive, thriving workplace:
Experience Design: Help plan, organize, and execute all employee events, from large-scale
celebrations to focused team building and wellness programs.
Voice of the Company: Craft engaging internal communications, ensuring every employee
feels informed and connected.
Recognition Champion: Support programs that recognize and reward our top performers,
fueling motivation.
Recruitment:
You’ll be on the frontline, helping us secure the best talent:
Sourcing Scout: Draft compelling job ads and post them across key platforms to attract a
diverse pool of applicants.
Candidate Journey Manager: Seamlessly screen resumes, coordinate complex interview
schedules, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every potential hire.
Data Organizer: Help maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring our recruitment
pipeline runs like clockwork.
