Mode: Both Online and Offline

Job Description

La Libert French Institute, a reputed language academy in Pondicherry since 2016, is seeking passionate and dedicated French Language Tutors to join our growing academic team. We specialize in DELF, DALF, TEF, and TCF preparation courses and focus on helping students improve their French communication skills with confidence.

Tutors can work online or offline. Those who are based near Reddiarpalayam or Lawspet and willing to handle offline classes are most welcome to join our organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct French language classes (offline & online) from beginner to advanced levels (A1C2).
Prepare students for DELF / TEF / TCF exams.
Create and deliver engaging lesson plans with interactive methods.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: DELF B1 or Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in French.
Strong communication skills in French and English.
Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection for online classes.
Salary & Benefits

No fixed monthly salary. Payment is batch-based.
Each batch (8 classes) = 3,000.
Handling 8 batches per month = 24,000/month.
Incentives available after 3 months based on performance and student growth.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (weekends off).
Optional weekend batches (Saturday & Sunday – 2 hours each) with additional pay.
