About the Role:
We’re looking for individuals with diverse expertise to join our data team as AI Trainers. In this role, you will directly be involved in improving the accuracy and performance of our models.

Responsibilities:
Annotate content in a variety of media to support game design, such as dialogues, quests, character interactions, and scenes
Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
Support in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality profiles, and other relevant details
Annotate and evaluate model responses against our evaluation rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models
About You:
Native or fluent in English
Have a passion for gaming, especially those experienced in narrative games
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a flexible, dynamic environment
Ability to follow complex guidelines and apply them consistently
Good communication skills; able to give and receive feedback effectively
Nice to Haves:
Degree and/or experience in the following fields are a plus:Storytelling, creative writing, copywriting, or content development
Media, film, video, audio, or narrative design
Performing arts, voice work, or expressive presentation
Marketing, communications, or audience engagement
Psychology, philosophy, or other fields focused on human behavior and thought
STEM disciplines with a strong emphasis on clarity and structure
Previous experience working with AI/ML concepts or working with data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting.
Compensation & other expectations:
Hourly rate: $25 (depending on your role and qualifications). Compensation varies based on location and experience. International rates will differ.
Able to dedicate 20-40+ flexible hours per week based on your availability
