About the Job:
As an AI-First Designer / Full Stack Creative Technologist, you ll blur the lines between design, development, and AI. You ll ideate, prototype, and build user experiences that are not only beautiful but also smart powered by AI-driven insights, automation, and personalization. From using AI for brainstorming, wireframing, and UX writing to automating front-end builds or generating intelligent UI interactions you ll design the next generation of digital experiences that think for themselves. You ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to craft products where every design decision is elevated by AI.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and design intelligent user experiences using AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo AI, Midjourney, Runway).
Use AI for ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UX copywriting, and creative decision-making.
Develop and implement interactive, scalable front-end experiences using frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.
Integrate AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Stability AI) into design workflows and user interfaces.
Collaborate with backend teams to bring AI-driven features to life from personalized dashboards to predictive UX elements.
Automate repetitive design-to-code processes using tools like Framer AI, Locofy, or custom AI pipelines.
Design intelligent systems that adapt based on user behavior, context, and data.
Stay ahead of trends in AI design, generative UI, and creative automation.
Document and share AI-driven design systems, patterns, and reusable workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Front-End Developer.
Expertise in modern design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for design (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT for UX writing).
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js).
Understanding of how to integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Replicate, etc.) into products.
Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Ability to translate ideas into functional prototypes quickly using AI-assisted workflows.
Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Comfort with fast-paced, iterative experimentation and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing or developing AI-powered interfaces or SaaS products.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, generative UI/UX, and multimodal design workflows.
Experience with creative automation tools (Runway, Pika Labs, ElevenLabs, etc.).
Understanding of LLM-based product experiences, conversational design, or adaptive UIs.
Exposure to front-end development best practices, version control (Git), and design-to-code tools.
Knowledge of AI workflow orchestration (LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
