What you’ll do
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Recruiter. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
