Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop & execute financial strategy aligned with JLX growth (DMCC, international ops) – Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis – Advise President/VP on profitability, cash flow, and investment decisions • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage consolidation – Deliver board-ready financial packs with KPIs, trends, and insight • Design, implement, and monitor SOX-level internal controls –, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing compliance – Lead external audits. • Forecast and manage daily cash flow accounts – Optimize working capital (AR/AP, inventory if applicable) – Manage banking relationships. • Directly supervise Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, Accountant – Eliminate bottlenecks — redelegate routine tasks – Mentor team, upskill in ERP, automation, analytics • Lead ERP upgrade/implementation- Automate reconciliations, AP/AR reporting – Integrate finance with operations (procurement, logistics, BD) • Identify financial risks (currency, credit, fraud) – Drive cost optimization (e.g., insurance, vendor contracts) – Support due diligence for M&A, partnerships
Desired Candidate Profile

• CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA/MBA • 8+ years in finance, 4+ as Controller • Strong IFRS,, ERP (NetSuite/SAP) • Experience in trading, logistics or DMCC • Fluent English

Education

Master of Commerce(Commerce), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance), Chartered Financial Analyst(Finance), Chartered Accountant(Chartered Accountant)
