Field Coordinator Market Research
We are looking for a Field Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience in market research fieldwork. The candidate will support participant recruitment, vendor coordination, daily quota tracking, and field execution for qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple cities in India.
Key Requirements (must-have):
1 to 3 years of experience in Market Research field operations (agency-side or field vendor)
Hands-on experience in respondent recruitment follow-up and coordination
Ability to work with city recruiters and track daily progress
Strong communication skills for working with multiple field partners
Basic experience in FGDs / IDIs / Ethnos / F2F / CAPI coordination
Experience in back-checks, respondent validation & attendance confirmation
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for daily reporting
Preferred:
Some contacts / exposure to multi-city recruitment
Has worked on consumer or healthcare recruitment projects
Understanding of fraud control and identity verification processes
This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and wants to grow into a Senior Field Manager role over time. Only candidates from Market Research field operations background should apply.
